The arch nemisis of Xavier and the X-Men this stormy relationship continues into XSSD period. He still believes in his view for mutantkind taking over the world which manages to be a reality when the Apocalypse makes a deal with Magneto allowing for him to have an alternate universe run by mutants in the House of M. While he is instrumental with creating a saga within a saga he is soon killed of by Apocalypse after he declares it is evident his world is crashing around him. He is the father of Quick Silver and Scarlet Witch.
